Refund Policy
In short: you see it before you pay, and you can still ask for a refund within fourteen days of payment without giving a reason. The full amount is returned.

The hall is built and walked through before any payment is taken, so you are never paying for something you have not seen.
02 You still have fourteen days
Within fourteen days of payment you can ask for a refund without giving a reason. The full amount is returned.
03 How to ask
Write to yigit@intak.tr. One sentence is enough and you do not have to explain why. The request is acted on the same day.
04 What happens then
The hall is taken offline, the installation files and the images you sent are deleted. The refund is issued by Paddle to the method you paid with and usually reaches your bank in five to ten working days.
05 Yearly hosting
A renewal can be refunded if you ask within fourteen days of the renewal date.
06 Governing law
The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies. The binding version of this text is the Turkish one. This English version is a translation provided for information only; if the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.
