Terms of Service
These terms cover the Exhibition Hall service: what is sold, what it costs, how the work proceeds, who owns the works and how the service ends. In short: you see the hall before you pay for it, and no claim is made over your work.

02 What is being sold
The Exhibition Hall is a three dimensional exhibition page that opens in a web browser. You provide the images of the works and their details. The hall is built for you and published at an address you choose.
03 Price
Ninety US dollars to build, and that includes the first year of hosting. From the second year on, hosting is sixty US dollars a year. Nothing is taken from anything you sell and there is no commission.
Payment is handled by Paddle, which is the merchant of record for the transaction and issues the invoice.
04 How it works
The hall is built first and shown to you at a private address that is closed to search engines. You walk through it and tell me what should change: the wall colour, the lighting, the order of the works, how many hang on one wall. You pay after you have seen it and accepted it.
05 Your work stays yours
No claim is made over the images you provide. They are used only to build and publish your hall. They are not shown anywhere else and are not given to anyone else. On the day you ask for the hall to be removed, the hall and the image files in it are deleted.
06 Your responsibility
You confirm that the works you send are yours, or that you have the right to publish them. You are responsible for the consequences of sending work that belongs to somebody else without permission.
07 Limits of the service
The hall is not guaranteed to be available without interruption. Server maintenance, a fault at the hosting provider or a domain problem can cause downtime.
08 Ending the service
If the yearly fee is not paid, the hall is taken offline. You will be told by e-mail before that happens. If you ask for the hall to be deleted, it is deleted without question.
09 Governing law
The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies. The binding version of this text is the Turkish one. This English version is a translation provided for information only; if the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.
